Fusioncorp's motto is 'Building a Green Future'.  We created this motto because it is necessary for companies to be responsible to future generations as well as our own.

With an extensive education in the built environment and a minor in environmental studies, Mr. Nick Ainis has made it his mandate to ensure that projects are constructed with sustainable purpose, but monitoring other aspects of the project to ensure these green elements enhance the project and its feasibility.

Most of Fusioncorp's projects are focused on urban infill, adaptive re-use and urban intensification and that's a good start.

In addition, Fusioncorp has worked on LEED projects over-achieving LEED status, while keeping a very focused on achieving goals and targets with minimal costs. 

 

Fusioncorp achieves this by working with LEED accredited professionals who shares with us a common sense approach.

​

We incorporate many green principals such as green roofing, solar PV, high efficient heating and cooling systems, use of passive lighting and design, LED lighting, storm water re-use, net zero energy buildings, the list goes on.
