Principal's Bio

Nick Ainis is the principal of the organization and carries a Bachelor of Technology degree in Architectural Science and Project Management, from Ryerson University. As principal, he has a solid track record for timely completions and excellence in construction and has developed a reputation as one of the industries finest highrise residential project managers and leaders in construction. During his 18+ years, he has managed and assisted on many major construction projects and technical audits under difficult and demanding conditions. He has a strong background in both low-rise and high-rise multi-unit residential projects with elaborate common area facilities.
